Arif started his career in 2010 with Nokta Domains as a Domain Specialist and individually, sold, acquired thousands of domains for over 5M USD on behalf of the company.
He was part of the team that broked the highest Turkish domain sale record with 250K USD UcakBileti.com domain sale.
Arif started working for Uniregistry from November 2015 to June 2019, served clients all around the world, and brokered domains totaling over 4.1M USD during this time.
Moreover, he brokered the highest Turkish domain sale record again with Mng.com sale. Arif has bought, sold, brokered, monetized, appraised, and marketed thousands of domains in his career.
He has run the entire spectrum of domain portfolio management. After his departure, Arif focussed on buyer brokerage, domain portfolio management, and domain appraisals. Secret Brokerage founded to show his focus and assist more businesses around the world.
Arif’s professions are Stealth Domain Acquisition, Domain Portfolio Management, Professional Domain Appraisal and selling Premium Domains. Although he closed multiple 7-figure portfolio deals in the past, his highest domain sale is Kiwi.com sold for $800,000.00 USD.

Isahaq Aslam is a UK qualified lawyer. Isahaq acts as an advisor to HNWI. Moreover, he is an affiliate of the UK ICSA and, building on his legal and regulatory acumen, sits as a corporate secretary on various committees.
Isahaq has a proven track record and over 6 years of experience in establishing both regulated and non-regulated businesses in UAE’s financial free-zones and in other jurisdictions, in addition to 6 years of legal practice in the UK. Isahaq is also a seasoned outsourced senior manager for a number of regulated firms in the DIFC and ADGM and lends his credentials to firms who are looking for a proactive and practical compliance officer. He acts as an ICSA approved corporate secretary and he sits as an independent member of audit and risk committees for several reputable firms.
Isahaq was the Head of Compliance for the Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG), where he was instrumental in establishing both Financial and Non-Financial Companies. Furthermore, he was responsible for structuring a number of trusts, SPV’s and LTD companies in numerous jurisdictions. Consequently, he has excellent relationships with regulators at the UAE Central Bank, the DFSA, DIFC and FSRA in ADGM.
Between 2015 – 2017, Isahaq worked as an associate at Praesidium LLP, and specialised inter alia in regulatory authorisations. Isahaq led the regulatory team and his role included handling both the DFSA and DIFC regulations with regard to incorporations and establishments. He has experience in handling regulatory applications across the different spectrum of prudential categories and was the lead in developing firms’ required systems and controls, prior to a regulatory submission. Additionally, Isahaq developed unique compliance monitoring programmes enabling new cost-efficient measures of control and monitoring.
Isahaq, a British-qualified solicitor, is an Honours graduate in Bachelor of Law from the De Montfort University, UK, and is also affiliated with The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) in the UK.
Notable Achievement
- Structuring funds, trusts, SPV’s, foundations and other limited companies in jurisdictions such as UAE, Jersey, Cayman Islands and the UK.
- Drafted bespoke regulatory business plans, compliance manuals, policies and procedures to adhere to a given regulatory body in a given jurisdiction.
- Establishing various prudential category licenses for a number of firms in the DIFC and ADGM, ranging from Category 2 to Category 5.
- Provided Compliance oversight reviews to all Prudential Categories in DIFC and ADGM.
- Instrumental in establishing a Sharia’h-compliant entity by drafting and reviewing application forms, and implementing robust systems and controls. After incorporation, conducted an in-house review akin to an “internal audit” in preparation of the regulatory risk assessment.
- Substantial track record in establishing a number of non-financial firms in the UAE, including mainland UAE. Some of these include Dubai Internet City, Dubai Science Park and DIFC.

Former in-house lawyer to one of the world`s largest investment banks in London, subsequently moved to Dubai to head the Capital Markets and Investment Banking team at a top tier power law firm renowned for advising Dubai Government and members of the Dubai royal family Sagheer successfully established his practice and team as internationally recognized with very strong connections within the Middle East and Asia Pacific and for his ability in continuing to net Dubai Government deals. He was lead counsel for the Government of Dubai (Department of Civil Aviation) on what was at the time the largest ever Sukuk bond deal. The total project was in excess of US$ 4 billion used to finance the expansion of Dubai International Airport. He was ranked as one of the leading lawyers by Legal 500 and Chambers Partners and earned his entry into Who’s Who Legal publication.
In 2007 Sagheer established Praesidium LLP, an investment banking consultancy firm at the Dubai International Financial Centre. Through his consistent unrivalled service, he managed to build an elite portfolio of some of the most recognized and influential global names. In 2010 he successfully joint ventured his business with Tricor Global, a member of Bank of East Asia Group to create Tricor Praesidium. The JV coupled with Tricor`s global reach, had a combined resource capacity of over 1,500 staff across 23 offices and were regarded as the dominant DIFC firm.
In January 2017 Sagheer exited his interest in Praesidium to build equity-based businesses and in 2018 together with three prominent Hong Kong family offices, he established One Road Capital, an investment firm focused on strategic investments along China’s Belt and Road. The collaboration resulted in the launch of the world’s first Belt and Road REIT. In 2019 Sagheer re-entered the consultancy space. Driven by a desire to create a formidable organization that attracted the most spirited intellectual firepower he launched Unitas Client Advisory.
